Joe Troxell
Joe has over 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical contract testing industry. Prior to joining Infinity in 2022, Joe served as President of Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing in Columbia MO. Joe has extensive experience in laboratory, quality and project management serving pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies. Joe holds a BS in Chemistry from Missouri Southern State University.
Brett Maxam
Brett joined Infinity Laboratories in 2022 and is an experienced executive and CFO with 10 years of leadership experience. Prior to joining Infinity, he served as CFO of SSP Innovations in Denver, CO. Brett holds a CPA, CGMA, and a BS in Finance from Miami University in Oxford, OH.
Luke Miller
Luke has over 25 years’ experience in pharmaceutical analysis and contract laboratory testing, including over 20 years in laboratory operations senior management positions. During his career, Luke isolated a novel biomarker with potential for diagnosing pre-diabetes and led the team responsible for fully characterizing that marker, leading to a patent in early 2016. He has developed super-critical fluid instrumentation and HPLC and mass spectrometry technology for analysis and purification of drug-like compounds. Luke has a B.Sc. degree in both Chemistry and Management, as well as a Ph.D in Analytical Chemistry.
Hank Nowak
Hank has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical services industry, including 12 years in commercial leadership roles. Initially a research scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb, he has spent most of his career in Business Development, Marketing and Account Management, with organizations such as DSM, Patheon, Metabolon and CoreRx. Hank holds a BS in Biology from Fairfield University, and graduate degrees in science and business management from Wesleyan University and the University of Hartford.
Rick Brown
Rick has over 25 years of human resource and training experience. His experience spans several industries including: real estate development, beauty, health care, transportation, and manufacturing. Rick holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management both from Indiana State University. Rick holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and is a member of SHRM and ATD.
Drew Szilagyi
Drew joined Infinity in 2022 with extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions and the broader finance industry. Prior to joining Infinity, he helped build Great Lakes Dental Partners into a multi-state dental platform. Drew started his career at Stout, a global investment bank. He is a CFA charterholder and holds dual BS degrees in Finance & Accountancy from the University of Illinois.
Jeff Hills
Jeff joined Infinity Laboratories in 2020 and has over 30 years’ experience working in the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical testing industry with a focus in sterilization and validation services. He is an active member of ASTM and was a major contributor in the development of test methods to support barrier testing of both surgical gowns & drapes, medical face masks and NIOSH respirators. He has project management experience in overseeing laboratory capability expansion. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from Brigham Young University
Nichole DiLoretta
Nichole has 15 years of experience working in quality, operations and management roles in the pharmaceutical, medical device and food industries. Her experience includes quality management, product development, cGMP, SOPs, CAPA, OOS investigations, and ISO and USDA accreditation in highly regulated industries. She has worked extensively with pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality, product development, validations, and product specification. Nichole received her Bachelor of Science in Biology, with an emphasis in Biochemistry from Southern Illinois University. She holds Forensic Science (Forensic Chemistry and Analysis) certification from Saint Louis University.
