Submit a sample

Thank you for your interest in working with Infinity Laboratories – we appreciate the opportunity to provide your company with testing services!

Test Request Form – Samples submitted to the laboratory must be accompanied with appropriate labels, documentation, and instructions for testing. The Test Request Form is used to document each sample submission to our laboratory and should accompany the sample shipment.

Samples are received Monday – Friday, except company-recognized holidays, during normal daytime business hours. If you have any questions, please contact the laboratory for details.
